How long does it take to construct a pool? |
After we receive all necessary permits (Building Dept, home owners association, etc) except for delay which is no fault of ours, we will complete your pool construction within 8 – 12 weeks guaranteed. |

What type of pool do you design? |
Our plans are engineered for steel reinforce concrete swimming pools in accordance with The Florida Building Code and A.N.S.I / N.S.P.I. Standards for inground residential swimming pools.

Can I do the project myself? |
Yes, in some municipality the local building department will issue a home owners permit and if you have the technical abilities we can provide the necessary consultation for a fee.

Why do I need a copy of my property survey / site plan? |
The survey provides the legal description of you property along with other information regarding easement, set backs and property line dimensions.

Am I limited to the swimming pool shapes shown on y our web site? |
No, you are not limited to the shapes we show, our design engineers can produce plans from a sketch or photograph. Almost any shape pool can be sized to fit your property or specifications.

How big and how deep should I make my pool? |
A typical swimming pool is 15’ to 20’ wide, 30’ to 40’ long. The shallow end 3’ and the deep end 5’-6’. Diving pools are 8’ deep and 34’ long minimum. |
